Assembly and finishing

Once the plastic product moulding process has been completed, rapidplastics offers additional assembly and finishing services for the components manufactured. We have in-house departments equipped to assemble moulded products and carry out specific surface treatments.

Our services include:

• Drilling of plastic components using drill presses or CNC milling machines;
• Watertight welding using a hot-plate welding machine;
• Decoration and customisation of products with silk-screen printing machines, pad printing and through IML moulding processes;
• Painting and galvanic treatments;
• Assembly and packaging of all manufactured parts.
